The ICAD Awards are officially open for entry, and 2025 is already shaping up to be one for the books. With a record number of entries submitted last year, the standard of creative excellence across Irish advertising and design continues to rise, celebrating the incredible talent within the ICAD community.
ICAD is a not-for-profit, membership-led body made up of Ireland’s leading advertising and design creatives. Now in their 67th year, the ICAD Awards have become the industry’s most enduring and coveted recognition.
New ICAD president, Sarah Chadwick, says, “Every Irish creative wants a bell, but they’re not easy to win. Our juries award Bronze to the best of Irish advertising and design, Silver to work that elevates the standard, and Gold to truly ground breaking work, earning international recognition for Irish creativity. A bell isn’t just a trophy - it’s a benchmark.”
This year also brings a refreshed entry fee structure designed to be more inclusive . A super early bird rate of €75 is available until 23rd April, followed by an early bird rate of €100 until 30th April. After that, the standard entry fee will be €125. A subsidised student and greenhorn (≤ 3 years professional experience) rate of just €25 is also available.
To ensure that the Awards are accessible and support all creatives, regardless of where they work, ICAD is also introducing a 20% discount for freelancers, not-for-profit organisations, charities, and businesses with three or less employees.
The deadline for submissions is 28th May 2025, all key creatives on an entry must hold current ICAD membership.
