As part of the ICA’s Brands Need More Canada Initiative, the organisation along with the Ontario and Canadian governments, hosted a breakfast today at Canada House, Trafalgar Square, London UK to meet with a group of the most influential pitch consultants in the UK, and share the importance of Canadian agency work and the strength of Canadian creativity.
20 ICA member agencies contributed case studies that were shared with the group.
“This morning, we continued to drive our Brands Need More Canada mission in an important global market with key decision makers,” said ICA president and CEO, Scott Knox. Adding “by highlighting the creativity coming from Canada, we were able to help them understand the value of Canadian thinking on client work; and see the opportunity to educate their clients on why Canadian talent has unique capabilities and insights of value. Whether shopping for a Canadian agency or ensuring the Canadian office of a global agency is materially involved, this was a great opportunity to highlight why brands need more Canada.”
The ICA launched its Brands Need More Canada initiative in 2024 and the industry body continues to work with government to find opportunities to advance the mission.
