Heckler Singapore Wins VFX Gold and Best Of category at Creative Circle Awards
Kicking off the New Year with global recognition, Heckler Singapore has won an impressive haul of shiny medals at the recently held Creative Circle Awards, including gold in the VFX category for Greenpeace music video ‘MoneyTrees’, which also took out the coveted Best Of category.
Other notable wins include silver in VFX for the studio’s SK-II Maison Kitsune campaign, a bronze in Direction for Mandarin Oriental’s rebrand launch campaign, along with two Bronze awards in Animation for Fanta’s #WhatTheFanta and Riot Games’ music video ‘Undefeated’.
Led by Heckler Singapore creative director Cody Amos, Greenpeace ‘MoneyTrees’ saw the VFX specialist team join forces with Studio Birthplace directors Jorik Dozy and Sil van der Woerd to create unforgettable visual effects on the striking music video. Launching on International Biodiversity Day, the music video cautions audiences with a stern wakeup call to end the corporate destruction of nature.

Given the studio’s recent foray into production, Heckler Singapore managing director and executive producer Charu Menon is also pleased to take home a win in the highly coveted Direction category for Mandarin Oriental’s brand relaunch campaign.
