Heathrow has appointed Havas London and Havas helia to manage its integrated advertising and customer engagement strategy. The three-year contract is to begin this April.
The appointment comes after a competitive pitch against adam&eveDDB / Rapp and M&C Saatchi / Lida, which was managed by the intermediary, Oystercatchers.
