Havas Media Group agencies Havas Media and Arena are moving in mid-October into one central location (60, St Martin's Lane) in a step towards creating the Havas Village integrated structure, which has experienced 25% growth since its introduction in Paris. The evolution is designed to meet changing client needs and reflects the dynamic flux in the media landscape both in the UK and globally.

Havas Media UK Chief Executive Paul Frampton and Arena Chief Executive Pedro Avery will continue to lead their respective agencies, reporting into Havas Media Group UK Chief Executive Mark Craze.

Havas Media and Arena will each retain their distinct and separate brands but, together, will also offer clients a strengthened data and content focused proposition. The move will also see the agencies collectively form and draw upon a new Havas Media Group ‘Digital Powerhouse’ in the UK.

Havas Media Group's data vision will be delivered through specialist services including Artemis, the multi award-winning data management platform (DMP), which has been renowned for its pioneering digital measurement and attribution capabilities for over a decade, and Elisa DBi (Digital Business Intelligence) the specialist data consultancy recently acquired by Havas Media Group.

Havas Media Group already delivers outstanding content through its Branded production team sitting within Havas Media and award winning creative agency ais London. In future there will be even closer collaboration with the other Group agencies Cake, Arnold KLP and Havas Sports & Entertainment.

The Havas Village in the UK will offer clients a unique and market leading combination of digital capabilities and specialisms from both sides with end-to-end solutions across all channels. Havas Media Group clients will benefit from access to mobile and social expertise (via Mobext and Socialyse) tech build (via WebNarrative), SEO, programmatic buying (via Havas’ global trading desk Affiperf), data analytics (via Elisa DBi) and content creation (via Branded), as well as the ability to tap into a greater breadth of resource and future proofed capability across media buying.

Mark Craze, CEO, Havas Media Group UK, commented: “We believe integration into one location is the optimum way to deliver innovative, collaborative solutions in today’s fast-paced marketing landscape. The move will allow us to achieve this while enabling our market-leading brands Havas Media and Arena to maintain their successful, differentiated offering to clients.

He added: “The new structure is designed to be client-centric, smart and agile and has proved phenomenally successful in the French market. This is a massively exciting time for the brave and the bold to seize new and exciting opportunities.”
