Hollie previously held the role of managing partner and head of account management at Havas London

Havas London, Havas UK’s B Corp-certified flagship creative agency, has promoted Hollie Loxley to managing director. Stepping up from the role of head of account management, which she’s held for the past year, and managing partner, Hollie will work alongside Shaun Musgrove, newly appointed head of operations. The appointments further enhance Havas London's leadership team and supports their continued momentum of creative excellence.

Since joining Havas in 2020, Hollie has led several commercially successful and creatively impactful accounts including Molson Coors Beverage Company, Ella’s Kitchen, and NHS Blood and Transplant, which the agency won following a competitive pitch in 2022.

In her new role, Hollie will focus on ensuring business success and growth in several key areas of Havas London including people and culture, learning and development, commercial operations, and client business. Coming from a working-class background, she is also passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, employee welfare and professional development – and will ensure these continue to live right at the heart of Havas London’s work and culture.

Hollie will report directly into Havas London CEO James Fox, who was recently promoted to the role by UK Group CEO of Havas Creative, Xavier Rees. The agency’s leadership team also comprises chief creative officer Vicki Maguire, head of strategy Britt Iversen, and global chief strategy officer Mark Sinnock.

She joined Havas London from FCB Inferno, where she oversaw the creation of some of the industry’s most creative and impactful campaigns including This Girl Can for Sport England, alongside leading client business which won over 50 creative and effectiveness awards. Having first joined in 2011, an almost 10-year stint at the agency saw her rise from the role of senior account manager to managing partner.

James Fox, CEO of Havas London said, “We’re building something special here at Havas London and Hollie represents what is special about this agency. She is a modern empathetic leader, respected by her clients and by those who work with her, she is brilliantly entrepreneurial, and is a natural champion of the effective communications we’re creating as an agency. I’m so pleased she is our new MD – a role in which she will work closely with Shaun Musgrove, our newly appointed Head of Operations, to ensure we deliver to the standard that we’re setting ourselves. This is an exciting step forward for us and Hollie’s considerable influence will only make us better.”

Hollie Loxley, managing director of Havas London said, “Havas London is a very special place – I knew that from the moment I first met Xav [Rees] three years ago. Our status as a B Corp-certified organisation filters through our entire agency ethos. From the way we treat our people and how we work with our clients, to our approach to environmental and social impact, I can’t wait to help continue the positive and progressive work already being done here at Havas and within the wider industry. I’m thrilled to be appointed Managing Director and I’m excited to work alongside the rest of the leadership team to continue our positive momentum and take Havas London to the next stage.”
