LIXIL, maker of pioneering water and housing products, has named Hanson Dodge (HD) its new integrated strategic media agency partner in the Americas. The decision was made following a competitive review. Under the new alignment, HD will be responsible for strategically integrating all media activities to support LIXIL Americas’ key consumer brands: American Standard, GROHE and American Standard Home Services.
“The consumer journey is at the heart of everything we do,” said Nik Bafana, CEO LIXIL Americas. “Our collaboration with Hanson Dodge is a critical step in enhancing this journey, ensuring that media activities across our family of brands are as streamlined and effective as possible. By integrating our approach, we’re not just investing in our brands - we’re optimising our engagement with consumers to deliver more value and better experiences. We chose to partner with Hanson Dodge because of their insights into targeted media strategies, knowledge of emerging platforms, ability to track and monitor performance and make adjustments on the fly.”
The assignment goes into effect immediately.
“Prior to COVID, we made a decision to expand our agency capabilities to include media services,” commented HD president Stacie Boney. “That decision has proven to be especially timely as more and more clients continue to express interest in an integrated approach to their marketing efforts. It has also helped open doors to provide other services, such as creative.” She added, “Last year, we brought in our first executive media director to further bolster our media expertise in programmatic, data, analytics and more. Being named LIXIL’s new strategic media partner is an opportunity to help the company tell its full story through its brands. Further, by consolidating services, we will be able to demonstrate LIXIL’s increased commitment to its customers and partners.”
LIXIL represents the latest client to be added to HD’s roster. Earlier this year, the agency was named agency partner for Ruffwear Performance Gear for Dogs and JOJO’s chocolates. The agency was also awarded new business from existing clients including Potawatomi Ventures’ fireside MARKET and digital services for the Utah Office of Tourism.
