Halfords has appointed The BIO Agency as the lead digital agency. The BIO Agency, the world’s only Digital Change Agents TM business, will help realise Halfords’ vision of placing digital communications at the core of the organisation.
Following a competitive multi-agency pitch, The BIO Agency was chosen for its fresh thinking and innovative ideas – aimed at revitalising the retailer’s use of digital channels and improving the overall experience for consumers.
Halfords previously outsourced its digital output to several specialist agencies and, with this appointment, has consolidated activity under one agency for the first time as part of a more holistic approach to applying its digital strategy.
