Global advertising network GUT has named industry veteran Eva Rausch as managing director for Europe, underscoring the agency's commitment to expanding its regional presence. The announcement follows a stellar 2024 for GUT, with over 30% growth globally, 21 Lions (including its first for GUT Amsterdam), and the successful launch of three new offices, including its eighth with GUT Madrid.
Eva, who will be based in Amsterdam, is a recognized leader with over 20 years of experience. She has built a reputation for delivering transformative growth and spearheading innovative campaigns at premier agencies like 180 Amsterdam, Ogilvy London, and Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam. In her new role, she will collaborate closely with Carmen Rodriguez, global chief growth officer, and Ignacio "Nacho" Ferioli, chief creative officer for Europe, to further accelerate GUT's European expansion.
"Eva is a game-changer," said Andrea Diquez, GUT global CEO. “She embodies everything GUT stands for—courage, transparency, and intuition. Her unmatched expertise in the European market and proven ability to craft bold, audience-first creative solutions for global brands make her the ideal leader to build on our incredible momentum in the region. We're thrilled to have her onboard."
Before joining GUT, Eva served as managing director at 180 Amsterdam and managing partner at Ogilvy London, where she led the Unilever corporate brand. Her diverse client portfolio includes global heavyweights like Microsoft, Lego, Nokia, Qatar Airways, HBO Max, and Ferrero.
"GUT's fearless approach to creativity has set a new standard in the industry, and its growth speaks for itself," said Eva. "I'm excited to work alongside the exceptional teams in Amsterdam and Madrid to break boundaries, fuel growth, and help write the next chapter for the network."
GUT aims to become one of the most diverse, creative, and influential networks in Europe and beyond.
