Building on the momentum of the 'Keep Up' campaign, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) has launched IYKYK (If YOU KNOW, YOU KNOW), an event designed to bring people face-to-face with the incredible innovations nurtured by HKSTP. Keep Up bridges the gap between public awareness, ground breaking achievements, and world firsts of Hong Kong's innovation and technology (I&T) ecosystem. IYKYK takes this further, inviting audiences to experience these innovations first hand, igniting curiosity and engagement. After all, there is so much more to discover – If YOU KNOW, YOU KNOW.
'Keep Up' is a global campaign showcasing the world-first innovations developed by HKSTP and its companies, demonstrating their impact on industries and lives worldwide. It is more than just raising awareness, as Keep Up encourages everyone to stay at the forefront of these advancements, constantly pushing boundaries. The campaign is a promise to lead global change and remain ahead in a rapidly evolving world of technology. Now, with the launch of IYKYK, the public can engage directly with these innovations. If 'Keep Up' was about inspiring awareness, IYKYK is about experiencing these breakthroughs first hand.
"We are proud to strengthen our partnership with HKSTP, building on the success of Keep Up and expanding into IYKYK. It's an honour to be part of this journey. The combination of creativity and technology is something we work with every day at Grey Hong Kong," said Duffy Lau, managing director, Grey Hong Kong.
IYKYK will be a landmark moment for Hong Kong's entrepreneurial scene. The event blends curiosity with cutting-edge technologies and will inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators. Visitors will leave with a renewed sense of what is possible as IYKYK transforms tech into an interactive, playful, and immersive experience.
"HKSTP has nurtured a culture that blends innovation with curiosity, and Grey Hong Kong is proud to support them once again in getting more people in Hong Kong and the world more engaged. We want to capture attention and invite future generations to get in the know together with us," said Rick Kwan, creative partner, Grey Hong Kong.
IYKYK will feature a series of life-size unicorns created in collaboration with local and international artists, celebrating the remarkable milestones these companies have achieved. Visitors can also experience the thrilling virtual rollercoaster, INNOMOVER VR, and they can try their skills with FUN FETCH, a digital claw machine offering a playful yet immersive view of how HKSTP is pushing the boundaries of innovation. These experiences build on the world-firsts originally introduced in Keep Up, now brought to life for the public to engage with directly.
Since 2022, Grey Hong Kong has created four HKSTP projects, starting with Different Altogether, which emphasised Hong Kong's role as a leading I&T hub. Followed by Innovation Starts Here, a campaign celebrating 20 years of innovation and global impact. After that, Taking Great to Greater was created, a campaign focused on the Greater Bay Area, building the right conditions for growth. Keep Up further built on these successes, encouraging audiences to stay at the forefront of technological advancements. Now, IYKYK marks Grey's fifth consecutive success, as the agency continues to play a pivotal role in showcasing HKSTP's innovative projects.
