The Gerety Awards will hold in person jury sessions in 15 locations around the world and brings together agency and brand leaders to reward the most creative work from a powerful perspective. Entries submitted must be broadcast, published or released in a commercial environment with client approval between January 1st, 2024 and the closing date.
The judging criteria is the originality of the creative ideas and the quality of their executions.
The New York jury is led by Rosie Bardales, CCO, VML New York who commented, “Although the number of female creatives leading ad agencies has grown significantly since Frances Gerety wrote the tagline “A Diamond is Forever” in 1948, there’s still something special about a roomful of women in advertising judging an important industry award show. As President of the Gerety Awards Jury in New York, I look forward to spending a day with my creative peers to pour over great work and be inspired during a time when craft is still innately human and a brand can become famous for thoughtful, timelessly written copy”.

More than 240 judges from 50 countries will join the 2025 Gerety Awards. As well as defining the shortlist the executive jury sessions each select the agency and production company of the year from their country.
