GALE announces Sanjeev Gosain as its new chief operating officer (COO). This news comes alongside the promotion of 109 employees across GALE’s global offices, representing nearly 15% of its workforce worldwide.
A strong start to the year propelled these appointments, thanks to a slew of new business wins from Fortune 500 companies who have selected the Business Agency with a focus on driving growth. GALE’s scope with multiple clients, such as Brinker International’s Chili’s and Diageo, has expanded to fuel this growth as well.
“Our people lie at the heart of everything we do. For us, investing in talent serves as the cornerstone of industry innovation and deep strategic partnership,” said Andrew Noel, global CEO of GALE. “We’re excited to work with each one of our new client partners to deliver transformational business results.”
Of Sanjeev, he added, “Sanjeev has played a crucial role in GALE’s growth and development since day one, shaping who we are and how we deliver for clients. His ability to scale teams, streamline operations, and solve complex challenges makes him an ideal leader for this next phase of growth.”
In his new role, Sanjeev will work closely with the agency’s leadership team to further optimise both internal and client operations, ensuring the continued delivery of industry-leading services while maximising business growth. With over 20 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in management, delivery, and operations, having played a pivotal role in these functions at GALE since the agency’s founding. Before joining GALE as a founding member, Sanjeev held technology and delivery positions at leading companies including TravelEdge and SapientNitro.
“At GALE, we maintain an emphasis on providing the best in offerings and service for clients, while creating an unmatched experience for our employees. This dedication has fuelled GALE’s remarkable growth over the past decade and will continue to do so going forward,” said Sanjeev. “I’m excited to step into the role of COO, building on our existing accomplishments while innovating for the future."
The additional promotions span levels and teams–including creatives, strategists, data scientists, technologists, media and communication specialists, and operations–exemplifying GALE’s belief that investing in its people drives positive outcomes for its employees, clients, and the agency as a whole.
These promotions and new business wins underscore GALE’s strong first quarter, during which the Business Agency received two prestigious industry recognitions: Ad Age’s Business Transformation Agency of the Year and Adweek’s US Media Agency of the Year. These accolades add to a long list of industry recognitions GALE has received for both the agency and its work in recent years, including Cannes Lions, Effies, and ANDY Awards, to name a few.
