New additions Dean George, Ste Hinde and Benjamin Brook will sit alongside long-term collaborators Louis Ellison, Niall Coffey and Naomi Berrio-Allen in an exclusive capacity

East London based production company FMLY CRTV is continuing its commitment to supporting creative talent by bringing together a fresh roster of Directors for 2023.

Looking to bring fresh and new creative minds to their clients, FMLY have assembled a diverse array of experience for their updated creative pool. New additions Dean George, Ste Hinde and Benjamin Brook will sit alongside long term collaborators Louis Ellison, Niall Coffey and Naomi Berrio-Allen in an exclusive capacity.

Whilst all the directors are UK based, having worked for brands ranging from Adidas, EA Sports, Dr Martens, BMW, Patron Tequila and Beam Suntory, there will be the opportunity to grow into the global space, supported by FMLY’s in house production and post-production teams.

Dave Kennedy, FMLY CRTV Co-Founder and CEO, “after spending the last few years building a talented in-house team across production and post production, we felt that now is the perfect time to step into representing exclusively. Somewhat late to the party, we’ve now signed a number of the independent directors we were working with before and now in conversations with some very exciting creative talent - so watch this space!”

Dean George

Easily the best thing out of Hackney since London Fields Lido. Dean is a multidisciplinary creative specialising in creative direction and film direction.

Dean is also the founder and creative brains behind Gauchoworld, www.gauchoworld.com/

Ste Hinde

Ste’s career in comedy began as a gag writer for the hit panel show Shooting Stars whilst at university. During this time, he won a National RTS award for a comedic documentary he co-created, Confido. Upon completion of his degree he moved into television where he worked in Comedy Development at Princess Productions.

He is now pursuing a career dedicated to comedy direction and writing armed with experience and knowledge of this sector. His style celebrates all things awkward and humorous within the scope of human behaviour in all of its glorious detail. He has a fascination and an eye for what he calls ‘Bleak Britain’, which shows honesty in the heartland landscapes of Great Britain and a true representation of real people.

Benjamin Brook

Ben’s work covers a dynamic cross section of contemporary culture including fashion, music, sport and tech. His approach to filmmaking often leans on the innovative incorporation of multimedia elements and is explorative in its process. Most excited by trying new and interesting techniques, or reliving old ones, to convey dynamic stories and worlds that are attention grabbing with a lasting visual impact.

Louis Ellison

Louis’ career started at Academy films, moving shortly after to EMI Records directing and producing music videos in-house.

In 2013, he decided to venture out on his own and has since directed a range of projects across music, fashion, banking and beyond. A passionate storyteller, Louis’ main passion is creating documentaries.

Niall Coffey

Niall started his career  with a Canon 5D back 2010, shooting sessions and music videos for his mates’ bands. He then moved on to bigger productions, producing for brands such a Coca-Cola, Nestle, Shell etc before making the jump to directing full time in 2014. In recent years he has directed campaigns for brands such as: Patron, Nike, Belvedere, TUI, Schweppes, Tanqueray, VEVO, Sharps Brewery, Alcatel, Lad Bible. He found himself being ‘the food and drink guy’ and in 2020 won a Lovie Award with Family Creative for their documentary about bartenders around the world for Patron and British Airways.

Naomi Berrio-Allen

Naomi is a London based director with roots in Latin America. Her very first short film Body Rites, was picked up by NOWNESS as well as film festivals internationally.

She’s drawn to creating high impact stories around her heritage, social politics and identity, as well as having a deep interest and connection to dance and movement direction.

She’s directed for brands including Adidas, Reebok, Deliveroo, BBC, Channel 4 and the Institute of Contemporary Arts. Find her rollerblading in Hyde Park, dreaming about shooting in Rio De Janeiro.
