An addition to Five by Five’s Southampton office, the new site caters to the agency’s London-based clients which have significantly increased in the past year, with account wins that include Sushi Daily, Saffery Champness, and The Gel Bottle. The Oxford Street location also primes the agency to be on the pulse of retail, a sector particularly relevant to its client roster.
Able to house up to 50 people with more meeting rooms and break out spaces, the expansion also accommodates Five by Fives expanded team, having recently welcomed a host of talented hires who have helped broaden the agency’s integrated offering.
With the move into new offices the team have found a new canvas for their creativity. Working in partnership with Soul Spaces, instead of simply hanging examples of client work (although any clients reading this will be pleased to know they have done that too) they decided to bring the space to life with murals. South coast illustrator and graffiti artist Rick Walker of Paintshop Studio, known for his large outdoor projects such as his Bournemouth beach mural, created pieces for the main body of the space.
While in the kitchen area overlooking Soho, design director Adie Britteon decided to get in on the act along with fellow Five by Fiver, Martin Gray, creating a Soho street-scene populated with a whole range of surprising characters from the agency and its clients.
Annabel Mackie, managing director at Five by Five, comments, “We’re really excited by this move into 175 Oxford Street. It not only represents the fantastic achievements of the last 12 months but it also gives the team and our clients an inspiring and welcoming space to work in.”
