After two years at Creep, the team has announced that Libby has been promoted to head of post production. Since joining Creep, Libby quickly immersed herself in its processes and workflows, digging deep into the day-to-day running of the business. In tandem with Creep founders, Cal and Joe, she’s become influential in shaping the direction it wants to take as a company. Libby has been a positive force in assessing and refining our approach across all our projects, allowing Creep to build on its strong foundation in commercials and music videos, with the exciting expansion of its longform offering.
The ethos at Creep has always been about pushing boundaries and delivering the maximum for clients, which Libby has championed in her tenure. Her past as an account manager in a creative agency, combined with five years at Prodigious, the global production platform of the Publicis Groupe, means she brings a background of high quality client servicing, combined with rigorous post production processes.
When asked about what excites her the most about Creep, Libby responded by saying, “How much we punch above our weight. We’re a relatively small company, but our talent, drive, and ability to deliver bigger and more challenging projects to a high creative standard, time and time again, means our potential is limitless. And we really do have fun doing it. We build genuine, lasting relationships with our clients, and seeing them come back to us time and time again is incredibly rewarding.”
Libby has been the engine behind Creep’s rise in the longform VFX sector. From winning its first full show in April 2022 - the epic finale of Top Boy - Libby oversaw a massive 18 months for Creep, where the team went on to lead the VFX across multiple Netflix, ITV and Apple TV shows. Moving into 2024, Libby has been integral in Creep’s development of its offering across longform grade and online, as well as its foray into feature films. Her efforts have enabled Creep to offer the full package to its longform clients, another step which allows Creep to maximise the creative on screen for any budget.
So… what’s next for Creep? It will continue innovating, so it is always expanding its creative offering to ensure it’s the very best for its heartland in advertising - working alongside beloved agency clients and production companies, as well as further expanding its direct-to-brand relationships. As for longform, Creep is only just getting started. More clients, more projects, more services, bigger shots, bigger shows, better workflows - the teams passion for nurturing exciting new talent matched with unrivalled energy means its only just scratched the surface.
