Award-winning social media and influencer marketing agency Coolr is pleased to announce the promotion of three key team members to senior leadership positions marking a significant milestone in the agency's journey to date.

Ben Jones, previously at The LADBible, has been promoted as director of creative studios - having scaled the creative campaign, design and production departments to over fourty people. Ben brings his exceptional creativity and leadership skills to lead the team into this exciting new phase.

James Parker's, a longstanding member of the Coolr team, has been promoted to creative director (editorial) and will see him take the company’s editorial efforts, cultural and reactive programmes to new heights.

Mez Beni's appointment as head of video reflects her expertise in visual storytelling and content creation, driving the agencies video output. Also previously at The LADBible, Mez will take over the day to day operational running across all the agency’s video output.
 
All three will work across clients including Lidl, Samsung, Deliveroo, Burger King and many more.

As Coolr enters a new phase of growth, these promotions within the creative and studio team underscores the agency's commitment to fostering internal talent.
