The Comms Council recently organised an entry writing workshop tailored for the 2023 Pressie Awards, which took place on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
The 2023 Pressie Awards, dedicated to recognising excellence in PR, Experiential, and Social campaigns from the past year, are now open for submissions. The workshop aimed to equip entrants with the skills and knowledge needed to create standout entries in this highly competitive field.
Sean Brown, managing director of Mango Communications and the head of this year's Pressies committee, expertly led the workshop. With his industry expertise, Sean's guidance offered a valuable learning experience for all participants.
During the event, various topics were covered, including the art of effective storytelling, essential components of successful PR campaigns, and the intricacies of crafting compelling social media campaigns. Participants had the opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge on how to write compelling entries that accurately capture the essence of their work from the past year.
