Ben McMahon, founder and MD Collaborate Global
Independent experiential agency Collaborate has been listed one of the best companies to work for in the UK.
Recently unveiled, the annual Sunday Times Best Places to Work List recognises and celebrates companies with consistently high levels of employee experience and wellbeing. Results are based on staff feedback across six key areas: reward and recognition; information sharing; empowerment; wellbeing; instilling pride; and job satisfaction.
Chris Longcroft, EVP publisher, The Times and The Sunday Times, says, “All organisations are only as good as the people they employ and retain. The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards recognise companies that are innovating to create an engaged and fulfilling working environment for all and in so doing they are creating the best possible platform for business success.”
Comments Ben McMahon, founder and MD Collaborate Global, “I couldn’t be more delighted that the agency has been recognised for creating a space where people not only flourish but enjoy their work every single day.
We’ve always believed that creativity, inspiration and passion don’t come from being behind a desk 24/7. People are offered incentive days to learn and develop skills, we tailor training based on personal development and invest in people joining big festivals such as SXSW.”
Ben concludes, “This is a terrific testament to everyone who helps make our culture friendly, open and inclusive – day in, day out. My huge thanks. Collaborate: take a bow.”
The Chichester-based agency has expanded into South Africa and recently into the Middle East. Recognition for Collaborate comes hot on the heels of winning best Outdoor Experience category with eBay at The Campaign Experience Awards and landing an experiential brief for global iconic Hispano Suiza automotive brand.
