Grey Health New York, part of leading global advertising agency Grey, have announced the promotion of Bruno Rebelo to chief creative officer, effective immediately. Bruno joined Grey Health New York as executive creative director in December 2023, following a successful tenure as chief creative officer at McCann Health New Jersey.

“2024 was a phenomenal year for Grey Health New York, and Bruno’s arrival was a key catalyst for that success,” said Marc Lanouette, global chief executive officer of Grey Health. “From the moment he joined, his creative vision and leadership have been instrumental in elevating our culture, our work, and driving unprecedented results for both our clients and for the agency.”

While at McCann Health NJ, he spearheaded a transformative period for the agency, culminating in their first-ever Cannes Lion and global recognition as the 2nd Most Creative Agency in 2022 according to The LIONS Creativity Report Rankings.

Since joining Grey Health New York, Bruno, in partnership with head of strategy Mike Medeiros and head of commercial Jon Carroll, has continued his winning streak. In 2024, the agency achieved a remarkable 78% win rate, securing nine new clients, including industry giants like Astellas, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, and AstraZeneca, among others. Marc noted “Advertising is a team sport. Bruno, Mike, and Jon, working in perfect concert, made this incredible win ratio a reality. This success has been reflected in industry accolades, with Grey Health New York named the #1 agency in pharma by The One Show and achieving a #7 ranking in the Cannes Creative Health Rankings.
