Bell, in collaboration with LG2, is launching a national campaign for its 5G network. Named the fastest 5G network in Canada by Global Wireless Solutions, Bell 5G+ enables consumer to do more with their phones which inspired the new 360 campaign. Including a 60-second video, premiering during Super Bowl LIX, the campaign harnesses freedom and fun, a metaphor for the benefits of Bell 5G+. In colourful visual and musical style, the video features a cast of local professional dancers who break into spontaneous dance in a diner.
Choreographed by Shanie Blais, the spot features Sunny Boisvert, Yelda del Carmen, Michel Dubé and many other internationally renowned Canadian dancers in a performance worthy of a music video. The production, by ROMEO, is set to the music of a well-known Andrea True hit More, more, more remixed for the occasion by Circonflex. Extensions of the campaign include digital and social pre-roll videos, radio spots and digital out-of-home promoting Bell 5G+ running between now and May.
“Bell 5G+ is an award-winning network that lets Canadians do more with super fast, reliable coverage. We wanted to convey the feeling you get when using a better network. Naturally, we debuted it at a time many Canadians want to connect and celebrate: the Super Bowl." said Devorah Lithwick, senior vice president and chief brand officer, Bell Canada.
“Our long-standing collaboration with Bell has enabled us to go one step further, and embark on a production that moves away from the product per se, to bring unique emotions to life through a veritable festival of talented artisans. Dance, a medium that brings people together both in front of the TV and on TikTok, is highlighted and associated with a service that multiplies its influence tenfold." said Nicolas Dion, partner and creative director, LG2.
