BBH NY Launch New Campaign for PlayStation

90-second film to gear up for the new Sony console

BBH NY Launch New Campaign for PlayStation

As it gears up for its next-generation console debut later this year, Sony PlayStation has announced a new brand campaign by introducing a 90-second film titled “Greatness Awaits.” Working with its new creative AOR, BBH New York, PlayStation has created an integrated brand experience that reinforces its commitment to deliver rich, transformative experiences that gamers cannot find anywhere else.

The film officially launched as a 90-second TV ad during last night’s NBA Finals, and via an innovative custom YouTube channel. Understanding that gamers have a strong desire for immersive gaming experiences, the channel will provide a deeper viewing experience of “Greatness Awaits” in which gamers can virtually enter the film to interact with various elements from PlayStation games (including several PS4 titles that have not even been released yet). Certain parts of the film will function as portals to other forms of exclusive content that viewers can “unlock” over time.

The film is an invitation for gamers to explore the world of Greatness that awaits them on their PlayStation console and marks the launch of a series of new innovative marketing efforts to roll out later this year. The new campaign will run through August 31st.
