Just in time for the holidays, FedEx has launched new advertising designed to let shoppers know about FedEx’s new One Rate shipping service which offers a simple, predictable, flat-rate shipping option for their express packages.
The multimedia effort includes TV, print and online and wraps with the line, “Introducing FedEx One Rate. Simple, flat-rate shipping with the reliability of FedEx.”
The campaign features two :15 TV spots. One features Santa; the other features cozies that were actually knit by the winner of FedEx’s small business grant contest – Darn Good Yarn.
The print features Santa shipping “lumps of coal” to a certain somebody using FedEx One Rate.
And the brand has also produced its first Vine videos to help reinforce its One Rate shipping during the holidays.
