The advertising featured a pair of network specialist-types (Frank and Charlie) who work tirelessly to deliver a better experience for AT&T customers. The tagline is “Building you a better network” and the campaign shines a light on all the innovations AT&T has made to its network to deliver a best-in-class experience for its customers; enhancements like boosters in stadiums, small cells in office buildings and much more.
Well, Frank and Charlie are back in a new series of web films within the brand’s "Building You A Better Network" campaign. After all, improving AT&T’s network is something the brand is committed to all year-round. The films were created by BBDO New York, and will be promoted across the brand’s social channels.
