Baldwin& Expands Digital Media, Account and Social Media Teams with Three New Hires

Baldwin& is expanding its account, digital media and social media teams with three new hires.

"We're an agency on a mission and so it's important to find great people to jump on board and help create a difference in the world for our clients," said Baldwin& founder/CEO David Baldwin.

Effective immediately, Jessica English has been appointed account supervisor. Previously, Jessica was enterprise customer success manager at Meta and prior to that was customer success manager at Kustomer.

After a journey that took her from graduate school and work in non-profits, to backpacking in South America, and then in to the corporate world, she’s excited to have landed back in a creative company after a stint in the software category at Meta. She resides in Raleigh, NC with her life mate Jorma, their spunky 11 year old, Link, and dogs Susi & Walter. Jessica brings an upbeat, curious personality, superb strategy skills, and a knack for anything people related.

Social media specialist Aly Moser, who most recently spent several years at agency Ignite Social Media specialising and expanding her skills in social media PR, strategy, and community management with Fortune 500 clients, is a graduate of the UNC-Chapel Hill Hussman School of Journalism with a specialisation in media and photojournalism. From reporting in Rio at the Olympic Games to photographing one of NASA's telescopes in the Atacama Valley, she spent her early career translating her love of adventure and entrepreneurial spirit into her work and loves telling people’s and brand’s stories visually.

With stints at Sports Endeavors and digital phenomenon Spoonflower, Jake Whitely brings a wealth of experience in all things digital to Baldwin& as newly appointed digital media supervisor, a new post. A North Carolina native and UNC Chapel Hill grad, he is also a Survivor superfan and has tried to get on the show a few times. When you survive the ever changing digital landscape the way he has, we have a feeling he has a good chance to make it.
