Astley Clarke Creates Unisex Range to Celebrate Sky’s Historical Psychodrama ‘Mary & George'

To mark the launch of Sky’s new historical drama, Mary & George, Sky has teamed up with the British jewellery brand to release Astley Clarke’s first ever unisex range of jewellery inspired by the Jacobean era that provides the historical backdrop to Mary & George.

The eight-piece capsule collection, incorporates some of Astley Clarke’s most timeless shapes as part of their first ever unisex range, heralded by Mary & George’s male protagonist George Villiers who wears a single pearl earring throughout Sky’s historical psychodrama.

Sky and the British jewellery brand, Astley Clarke have collaborated to release a curated edit that captures the mood Mary & George including, Pearl hoop earrings, Black Onyx pendants, signet rings and lockets for men and women, inspired by the jewellery styles worn in Mary & George.


Mary & George is a dangerously daring psychodrama on Sky Atlantic, starring Academy Award and BAFTA-winning Julianne Moore, alongside Nicholas Galitzine and Tony Curran; inspired by the outrageous true story of Mary Villiers, who moulds her beautiful and charismatic son, George, to seduce King James I and achieve immense power.

To promote the partnership, the Astley Clarke Monmouth Street store has had a branded takeover with a Mary & George window display, branded jewellery cabinets and wall art.

Sky and Astley Clarke also hosted a collaboration influencer event to celebrate the collection where influencers could receive a free piercing from the exclusive pop-up piercing bar.


The unique partnership was brokered and will be managed by tpf Partnerships, tpf’s dedicated brand partnerships team.
