Analyst for College Football on ESPN Kirk Herbstreit stars in 360-degree campaign

Arts & Letters is growing its client relationship with ESPN to include College Football Regular Season, College Football Playoff, and College GameDay. 

The new campaign titled, 'The Greatest Story Ever Played', launched with the 60-second commercial featuring Kirk Herbstreit, analyst for College Football on ESPN, on Saturday, Aug 27th. This 360-programme consists of TV, digital and social. 'The Greatest Story Ever Played' will serve as the brand’s platform across College Football Regular Season, College GameDay and the College Football Playoff. 

In the 60-second spot, Kirk Herbstreit gives a riveting lecture to a classroom about The Greatest Story Ever Played - college football.  The speech, punctuated by some of college football’s most iconic moments & traditions playing on screen behind him, brings to life all the things that make college football the greatest story in sports. In the audience are the fans, coaches, mascots and band members across all the conferences that make up the fabric of the college football universe.

Andrew Kong, creative director at Arts & Letters, said: “The whole idea behind ‘The Greatest Story Ever Played’ stems from the thought that college football, maybe more than any other sport, is full of incredible stories on and off the field. We wanted to stay authentic to the sport with real fans, real mascots, real relics — even a real sousaphonist – and put as much of that reality into a real lecture hall to get really inspired with a real speech from the one and only Kirk Herbstreit.”
