The penultimate regional jury day of The Immortal Awards 2023 played out on Tuesday (21st November) as the ANZ jury selected their Finalists.
The day, hosted by ARC EDIT, was the first time that the ANZ jury would be selecting work that would qualify directly for the final, global round of judging.
In previous years the ANZ Finalists would go through to a regional APAC jury day. However, this year the decision was made to separate ANZ from the rest of Asia to create two new regional sessions (ANZ and Asia).
An initial shortlist of 23 projects, which had scored the highest in the online round of judging, was reduced to just eight. Those eight will now progress as ANZ Finalists to final round of judging, in which they will compete again the Finalists from the other five regional jury sessions.
The Immortal Awards 2023 ANZ Finalists are:

They will be joined by the seven Europe Finalists, six MEA Finalists, three North America Finalists and six LATAM Finalists, as well as the forthcoming Finalists from the Asia jury session.
