Zoe Lewis, partner (US) will be leading Amplify’s New York office guiding and supporting Amplify’s East Coast-based clients

Amplify, the global creative agency specialising in experience and culture, is evolving its core London UK leadership team with senior appointments and role realignments continuing the momentum and in preparation for further growth in 2024 and beyond.

Zoe Lewis, partner (US) will be leading Amplify’s New York office guiding and supporting Amplify’s  East Coast-based clients including Bloomberg, Meta and Pinterest. Lewis will work closely with the other US Partners and continue to collaborate with Amplify teams globally, reporting to Marcus Childs, Chief Client Officer (Global) and President (US). Lewis moves on from her UK role where, as Head of Client Services, she was a driving force in the UK’s leadership team.

Hannah Partridge joins the UK leadership team as the new head of client services. Hannah is an experienced agency leader, who has spent over 20 years in the creative industry. Partridge has an integrated background working across a wide mix of channels and has spent time at various agencies including Mr President, Mullen Lowe and most recently The Marketing Store, where she was lead on adidas, H&M and Virgin Media amongst others.

In her new role, Partridge will support the team of business directors and grow existing new client relationships alongside Amplify’s expanding global culture, reputation and growth team.

Partridge will join the UK leadership as part of a broader senior expansion of the team. The new-look UK leadership also now includes Anita Osborne, head of content production; who joins Nate Thompson, executive creative director; Sophy Vanner Critoph, head of strategy, culture and communications; and Richie Gage, head of live.

Hannah Partridge, head of client services, Amplify said, “I am absolutely thrilled to be joining Amplify as part of the UK leadership team. With such incredible talent throughout the business, a stellar lineup of some of the most innovative and progressive clients globally and bold plans for growth, it’s a super exciting time to become a part of this forward thinking agency.”

Other recent key hires also include Sadia Noor who joins as creative director from The Springhill Company, Lebron James’ New York agency, where she was creative director delivering successful campaigns such as the Wu Tang x Fortnite Capsule Collection campaign whilst Valeria Szegal joins as senior architectural designer from Assemble.

These changes come at an exciting time for Amplify as the agency produces a growing portfolio of innovative work with global brands, including Airbnb, Amazon, Converse, Epic, Google, Lego, Nike, Pinterest and PlayStation

Jonathan Emmins, global CEO and founder, Amplify, said: “Our energy remains focused on growing a global agency grounded and connected in the nuance of local culture, with our creativity and talent never being siloed by geography. Having spent nearly a decade with Amplify in London, Zoe Lewis’ move to New York is an exciting opportunity for Amplify to further enhance our already quickly expanding US presence. It’s great to see long-standing Amplifiers such as Zoe taking the helm at our global offices as well as welcoming new talent such as Hannah. Hannah is already making her presence felt. As she stands side by side with our new look UK leadership we’ve never been more ambitious for the future.”
