Adolescent Content, a woman and Black-founded, youth-focused creative agency and production studio, announces the appointment of Beth Greve as chief growth officer. Beth brings a wealth of experience from her senior executive roles at industry giants such as YouTube, Google, World Surf League, Discovery, AwesomenessTV, and Management Plus Enterprises. The Adweek Top 50 Marketing Executive is known for her expertise in designing operational structures and developing revenue and marketing strategies, driving success across the sports, entertainment, and digital industries.

Most recently, Beth served as the chief commercial officer at Iron Mountain Entertainment, where she led global sales and account management teams. Under her leadership, the team achieved double-digit revenue growth year over year and earned the highest NPS scores in the company.

“Beth is a leader in her field and has worked with some of the most influential companies, from Google and YouTube to Discovery and AwesomenessTV,” said Hope Farley, co-founder and chief executive producer of Adolescent Content. “Adolescent is at a pivotal point in our journey of growth and Beth's expertise and experience will play an important role in driving our business forward. We’re proud to have her join our team.”

As the new chief growth officer, Beth will focus on developing and implementing strategic growth plans, identifying new revenue streams, and enhancing client relationships. Her industry knowledge and approach will help drive Adolescent Content's success as it connects clients, including Meta, Google, Nike, Netflix, and Pinterest with young consumers globally.

"Much of my career has focused on building businesses that connect with youth, so I am thrilled to join Adolescent Content to support its mission to foster authentic connections with gen Z and create professional pathways for diverse, young creatives while producing award-winning campaigns that deliver success for brands,” said Beth. “The ability to gather genuine insights from over 5,000 gen Zers in just a few days is an incredible resource for any brand looking to connect with this influential generation.”

Adolescent Content is renowned for its unique perspective in the agency world, being staffed almost exclusively by BIPOC and LGBTQ+ creatives who help brands connect with gen Z across the globe. The agency's research and insights division, Youthtellers, taps into a network of 50,000 gen Z-ers to inform trend reports, focus groups, and concept/advertising testing. Their latest research, on gen Z in the workplace, offers a nuanced understanding of gen Z's preferences and motivations, aiming to bridge the communication gap between management and the incoming generation.
