5 Finalists Make It Through The Immortal Awards 2023 US Jury Day

Supported by JSM Music, the jury picks projects from adidas, Apple, Nike Jordan, Microsoft, and Child Rescue Coalition to represent the market at the regional North American round of judging


The Immortal Awards continued the North American leg of 2023 jury sessions on Wednesday November,1st with the US jury meeting in New York City.

The day, held in partnership for the second consecutive year with jury supporters JSM Music, saw a group of the market’s leading creative minds come together to select this year’s US Finalists. 

With the largest number of entries from any individual market this year being from the US, the jury had already scored the work with the 29 highest scoring pieces from the online round of judging making it on to the shortlist for the day of discussions.

An afternoon of considered, rigorous debate saw a total of five projects from the shortlist receive Finalist status. They now go on to represent the US at the North American jury day.

The Immortal Awards 2023 US Finalists are:

adidas - The Original Impossible (submitted by PRETTYBIRD US)

Child Rescue Coalition - Confessions of a Predator (submitted by David & Goliath)


Microsoft - ADLaM: An Alphabet to Preserve a Culture (submitted by McCann New York)


Nike Jordan - Beyond (submitted by Object & Animal and The Elements Music)


The five projects will go up against the Finalists from the Canadian jury day at the North American round of judging on Friday November 3rd. Those on this year’s US jury were: Susan Credle, global chair and global chief creative officer at FCB; Neil Heymann, global chief creative officer at Accenture Songl Lisa Mehling, owner and president at Chelsea Pictures; Julia Neumann, partner and chief creative officer at Le Truc; Ronald Ng, global chief creative Officer at MRM; Britt Nolan, president and chief creative officer at Leo Burnett Chicago; Myra Nussbaum, president and chief creative officer at Havas Chicago; Tania Sethi, chief production officer at Hogarth North America; Joel Simon, CEO and CCO at JSM Music; and Matthew Wood, partner and editor at Whitehouse Post.
