Zerotrillion announces today the hiring of Martin Zuidema in their Amsterdam office as senior designer.
Martin joined the agency late last month from the Amsterdam imprint of Argo, an Austin, Texas-based digital product design consultancy, where he led design engagements for New York Life, one of the largest insurance providers in the US.
Prior to Argo, Martin was design lead at Mirabeau Amsterdam, a cognizant company, where he oversaw creative projects for AG Health and Brunel. His work spans a myriad of high-profile companies such as ING Bank, CitizenM Hotels and Spaces.
Martin is part of a wave of global senior design hires for Zerotrillion, which includes the recent appointment of creative director, Design, in New York – Sarah Thao Nguyen.
“As clients increasingly come to us with a comprehensive scope that includes foundational design needs such as from-scratch brand identity design followed quickly by an accompanying brand campaign, we see the need for more high-level design talent as part of the core team rather than a separate ‘studio’ function.” said Alex Paquin, Zerotrillion CEO.
Martin is working in a global capacity for Zerotrillion, already delivering digital product-led design work for Zerotrillion’s London-based blockchain technology client nChain, and Organigram, a Canadian holding company of cannabis brands.
Adam Fierman, Zerotrillion’s global creative director said, “Martin brings a unique mix of bleeding-edge interaction and front-end design and tasteful editorial-style craft that will serve our clients well as we take on broader brand, product and advertising scope to support their own growth ambitions.”
Zerotrillion intends to continue adding design bench strength in the coming months across brand, digital and advertising services in response to a growing portfolio of global clients off the back of their recent expansion into New York under the leadership of Rethink and Unsplash veteran Chantelle Brinkley.
