A global push for people with disabilities, some delightful animal magic from Sky and Whiskas and a music video animated on Google Slides
This week, we’re relieved to see the return of humour and playfulness. There’s the provocative and punchy, as in the new #WeThe15 campaign film, which uses down-to-earth humour to argue for better representation and inclusion for people with disabilities. There’s downright whimsy from Sky New Zealand as adorable critters quote lines from their favourite films. And there’s catnip-induced psychedelic silliness from Whiskas. Even Google’s getting playful, hacking their own platform, Google Slides, to create an animated music video for Irish indie band the Academic. It’s not all fun and games, however, as Circular fashion brand Thalassophy uses striking imagery to tackle the pollution of the oceans and a Peruvian cancer charity uses Instagram to platform the stories of cancer patients.
