The Christmas ad blizzard has turned into a light dusting, but that doesn't mean there's been a dip in the quality of work from the past week. Far from it, we're celebrating a heart-meltingly cute animated ad for Erste Bank Group, an awesome Instagram ad starring Celine Dion, and a harrowing UN Women spot from McCann LATAM in this week's roundup.
