Weber Shandwick Canada is scaling up its creative and analytics firepower with two strategic hires, signalling the agency’s continued investment in uniting in-culture storytelling with data intelligence. This move is part of a broader drive to build Canada’s most integrated earned-first offering where creativity, insight and innovation converge to help brands move at the speed of culture and deliver deeper business impact.
Tushar Balsotra joins as vice president of analytics to enhance the agency’s leadership in insights and data strategy. Tushar will help lead the rollout of the firm’s newly launched Weber I/O global platform in Canada which is, built to reshape how companies connect data, technology and AI with their marketing and communications efforts. He will report to Becca Young, senior vice president of innovation and intelligence.
Alex Champlin joins as creative director to continue the momentum of the agency’s strengthening creative talent and approach under the leadership of Ben Pobjoy, executive creative director. A talented storyteller with a knack for turning cultural insights into ideas that move, Alex brings fresh imagination, craft and creative energy to the team.
