When a phone goes ‘ting’, sometimes it’s hard to know if it’s a good ting or a bad ting. So Wake the Town linked New Zealand mobile network 2Degrees up with legendary UK Grime artist, Scrufizzer, to launch ‘Good Tings’, a grime track that teaches young Kiwis every-ting about phone safety in a new campaign by TBWA New Zealand.
The track is also available to stream here, which has already has BBC 1xtra Radio Play and featured on LinkUp.TV.
This track is part of a bigger programme based around the 10 things or ‘tings’ you need to know when you get your first phone.

David Bass, music supervisor and partner at Wake the Town says, "Once again, we have managed to create an incredible catchy, authentic grime track that not only delivers in terms of lyrical content and messaging but retains it's authenticity as a grime banger that kids will want to hear and share over and over again."
