VW Sponsor Shark Week with Underwater Car

To commemorate their sponsorship of the Discovery Channel’s Shark Week 25th Anniversary, Volkswagen staged an innovative underwater stunt.

 

Plunging to new depths, the automobile company created a drivable shark cage, in the shape of the iconic VW Beetle. Looking more like something from a spy movie, the vehicle even boasts slick alloys, propellers and an air system that the driver can plug into before taking the wheel.
