VoxComm, the alliance of communications agencies associations, has announced the 2023-2025 president, board of directors and secretariat. The elections brought together the former group of experts and national association executives and the reappointment of Tamara Daltroff, CEO of the European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA), as the president. The novelty is brought by Marla Kaplowitz, the 4A’s CEO in the US, who is VoxComm’s vice-president for the next couple of years.
The 2023-2025 VoxComm board is composed of: president - Tamara Daltroff (CEO, EACA), vice president – Marla Kaplowitz (CEO, 4A’s USA), board members – Paul Bainsfair (director general, IPA UK), Mario D’Andrea (president, ABAP Brazil), Tony Hale (CEO, Advertising Council Australia), Scott Knox (CEO, ICA Canada).
“I am honoured to be re-elected VoxComm president and work with Marla, now our vice president. I am beyond delighted to be joined by the same wonderful experts in building our organisation’s strategic direction and tackling the challenges agencies are facing worldwide”, said Tamara Daltroff, VoxComm’s president. “The fact that all the board members registered their intention to remain on the board once again proves their devotion to VoxComm’s mission. I want to thank everyone who has contributed to VoxComm’s success, and I look forward to the next two years.”
Marla Kaplowitz, VoxComm’s vice-president, added, “I’m thrilled to continue serving on the VoxComm Board and to take on new responsibilities as the vice president partnering alongside Tamara and the other members. Collectively we can continue our work to address opportunities to advance the industry further.”
VoxComm is also pleased to announce that its secretariat will be run by Laura Vingan, who begins her part-time role as programme manager in addition to her day-to-day duties as communications manager at EACA.
