To integrate the community specialised in data and encourage best practices, VML founds the Data Expertise Center in Latin America. At the meeting, which involved executives from all countries in the region, the first Data&Knowledge Summit LATAM was also held in São Paulo.
The initiative is led by Fabia Juliasz, chief data and knowledge officer at VML in Latin America, and included the participation of Marcelo Sousa, COO of Marketdata, Glenda Kok, chief of technology and commerce at VML LATAM and executives from the VML network.
The unprecedented meeting brought together the VML Group's main data and information management leaders, and its purpose was to share knowledge, promote business and create an expertise centre, which will act as a hub for regional and global projects.

During the days of the event, held at the Marketdata office, leaders from VML Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay and Brazil were present, as well as partners from Mirum and I-Cherry, agencies belonging to VML ecosystem.
