Redesign by Huge streamlines the brand's online presence

Vans has just announced the launch of the new Vans.com, which was redesigned by Huge. With a mission to streamline Vans’ online presence and increase consumer engagement, Huge collaborated with the iconic SoCal footwear and apparel brand on vision, research, strategy, interactive design, visual design and prototyping. 

The team developed an approach intertwining brand and product storytelling throughout the shopping experience, utilizing user-centered design to increase engagement, raise product awareness and encourage cross-channel sharing. The new website is a consolidated, responsive platform that works smoothly across multiple devices and provides an engaging, immersive experience for Vans loyalists and those just discovering the brand.


Some of the new site features include:
- Seamless engagement with Vans content, allowing users to check out products curated by real Vans athletes, locate Vans shops and ultimately purchase apparel and footwear
- Content aggregation that lets users easily discover and share the latest Vans news, filter by lifestyle and stay connected to the brand’s social media channels
- Showcasing of user-generated content from consumers' unique social channels including Tumblr, Instagram and Vine
