Paint brand Valspar has decided to celebrate the power of mixing in a colourful new campaign from Change, an FCB Global alliance.
With its 'Shake it Up' philosophy, Valspar wants to show that by mixing the colours we love, we can discover new ones we'd never imagined and love even more. It's an invitation to dare and take the plunge among the 2.2 million paint colours available.
The 190 new monochrome flags were created by mixing the colours present on each country's flag. A large-scale poster campaign in the metro revealed the monochrome flags. The campaign launched on July 16th in two massive quays at Villiers and Bastille in Paris. All the flags can be viewed at shaketheflags.com.
An activation in line with the 'Agitateur de Couleurs' campaign launched on French networks 15 days ago. Each of the colours obtained by mixing the flags will be available for purchase on the Valspar website.
The 'Shake The Flags' operation is supported by a film directed by The Cabs, accompanied by short formats celebrating the love of flags around the world and an invitation to 'Discover the power of mixing'.
