Uncommon’s has launched its instalment of print work from its first campaign for UK leading beach holiday specialists, On The Beach.
The work follows the success of the series of films launched last year, which spoke to the power of that restful feeling on a beach, reflecting its universal healing nature against a hyperbolic modern outlook of the world we live in today. The films told the worst possible series of unfortunate events that could befall a person with equal comedic value brought to life by the truly iconic voice of rock icon Iggy Pop.
The films received YouGov’s ‘Ad of the Month’ in December. Winning the fight for top spot amongst all the Christmas ad competition, YouGov showed this campaign had the highest uplift in Ad Awareness of any brand in the UK during December.
The print work follows the same idea with beautiful shots of characters mindlessly lying on a stunning beach. The copywriting tells the hilarious and unfortunate story that got them there. See attached.
