Merchant Gourmet has hired creative studio Uncommon as their lead creative partner on a project basis following a competitive pitch.
Today, Merchant Gourmet is the UK’s number 1 pulses, grains, and chestnut brand. Since 1995, Merchant Gourmet have been scouring the globe to find the best sustainable ingredients, working with top chefs to create the highest quality plant-based foods. The brand was searching for the right creative partner to help bring to bear a far bigger opportunity for their communications.
25 years later, the business has a new mission to help as many people as possible to discover the pleasure of plant-based food and eat less meat – providing the most delicious plant-based alternatives to traditional meat-based meals.
The brief set to Uncommon was to create a reactive and meaningful body of work across OOH, print and through product development launching next month. All with the aim to positively shift brand image and lead the charge on eating more consciously, with the planet in mind. Uncommon’s pitch winning 'Appetite for Change' idea will be seeding out this Summer .
