Content agency expands tech and creativity offering

Trade School, an integrated content agency, is further investing in its tech and innovation capabilities with the hire of Dayna Hall Carter in the new role of executive director, creative and technology. She joins the agency from Vox Media where as the design director, she leveraged data to drive content across 500 websites using company-developed technology that contributed to $650 million in annual revenue.

At Trade School, Dayna is helping build a proprietary AI-powered tech platform and workflow designed to automate and scale digital asset creation helping clients create personalised and relevant content at scale. With a background in design-thinking, Dayna has built and led multi-discipline creative, engineering, and product teams at ad, tech, and media agencies giving her the perfect blend of ingenuity and practical execution for this role.

At Trade School Dayna will lead the agency’s Creative Automation Practice - a team focused on blending technology with pixel-perfect design to create personalised content at scale. A veteran of digital and traditional agencies, Dayna is a champion for equitable and inclusive spaces. In addition to Vox, she has worked in creative, design and digital roles at Undertone, Hill Holiday and Crispin Porter & Bogusky.
