Our story
Trade School was born out of independent agency, 22squared. After six years as Content Agency of Record for one of the world’s largest retailers, The Home Depot, we recognized the need for a different model to help clients scale the creation of effective, audience-based content. So in 2020, we built Trade School.
Since then, we’ve added new client partners and tripled in size.
Our culture

And, with the name Trade School, woven into these values is a commitment to continuous learning and growth. We believe in providing ample opportunities for our team members to develop their skills and pursue their passions, recognizing that each individual contributes uniquely to our collective success. We also embrace the concept of "culture-add" rather than "culture-fit," and we actively attract and celebrate diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
