Toronto, ON (July 27, 2023) – Track has been named customer relationship management (CRM) agency of record for Bimbo Canada, Canada’s oldest and largest bakery, following a competitive pitch process that launched earlier this year.
The agency has been tasked with overseeing CRM responsibilities for Bimbo Canada with the primary responsibility of expanding the company’s Feed Good RewardsTM program. Launched in June 2023, the unique rewards program is designed to empower Canadians to eat well, waste less, give back, and win prizes with Bimbo Canada brands like Dempster’s and Villaggio.
