This Stunt for Dating Naked Will Knock Your Socks, Shirt & Pants Off

The video you are about to see is not a trailer or promo. It was filmed live in one take and involves a brilliantly choreographed dance routine to the tune of the iconic “I’m Just Wild about Harry” by couples from a variety backgrounds, both straight and gay, young and old, svelte and full-figured. They represent the melting pot of America. Guaranteed, you’ll ask yourself, how the hell did they do that?

Why? It’s actual footage of naked couples taking downtown Los Angeles by storm in celebration of International Nude Day.

Created by the agency Mistress in collaboration with VH1, this video is directed by up-and-coming sensation Ellis Bahl, whose music videos have won UK MVA and SXSW honors, and it is choreographed by Mimi Karsh, a.k.a. “triple threat,” a Latin dancer, singer and actress.

The video is inspired by the network's highly-anticipated new series “Dating Naked,” premiering July 17 at 9pm ET/6pm PT. Dating Naked explores the question: would finding love be easier if you truly had nothing to hide? To answer this question, 60 participants will search for romance free of pre-conceived notions, stereotypes — and clothes. The results are surprising.
