The Mill's London Studio Expands Production Team

The Mill, a Technicolor Group studio, has strengthened its impressive team with the appointments of Jack Howard as executive producer and Stephanie Way as producer. The newly acquired talent will report respectively to managing director Ben Clark and head of production Rebecca Jones.

The latest member of the Live Action team, Jack, has worked in advertising and film for over a decade in London, New York and Berlin. Jack has developed and produced commercials, branded entertainment and social-first content on both agency and production side.

Jack has previously worked at Eleanor Films, BBH, ACNE, Condé Nast, and Mission Media producing films for global brands, such as Spotify, Netflix, TikTok, Chanel, Uber, Burberry, Jack Daniel’s, Stella Artois, Sipsmith, Dr. Martens, Russell & Bromley, and two Olympic Games (Tokyo & Beijing).

Inspiringly, Jack follows a 'see how far you can take it' mantra, when it comes to his projects. He works with creative teams, directors and brands to produce content that pushes the boundaries and delivers impactful results for clients!

VFX Producer, Stephanie, has built a strong foundation in post-production over several years in London, specialising in VFX for commercials and short-form branded content. Stephanie’s journey began at Smoke & Mirrors, then Tag London before transitioning to freelance work, where she has continued to expand her skill set and develop an impressive portfolio.

With a constant drive to evolve her craft, Stephanie recently ventured into the dynamic fields of experiential and mixed-reality production, collaborating with creative teams to develop fully immersive experiences. She is thrilled to be joining The Mill and contributing to its team of world-class artists and creators.
