The Mill+ Team Expands with New Hires

The Mill+ team has recently expanded to encompass several new hires onto it's growing international roster.

The first of such key additions is that of director Eoin Duffy, a multi-award winning Irish filmmaker, who has created a body of independent work that has gone on to secure multiple accolades. His recent independent film 'The Missing Scarf', did hugely well on the awards circuit last year, picking up 3 Oscar accredited festival wins and a nomination for the upcoming European Film Awards amongst others.

The team has also been bolstered by the hire of Luiza Cruz Flade as a Mill+ producer and Leila Mozun who is tasked with Mill+ business development.

Luiza joins the team from AMV, where she ran AMV Lab, the agency's in-house post-production facility. Her addition will ensure the studio continues to produce high quality content; whilst Leila, previously head of new business at Disco, will grow new business relationships and promote each director on the Mill+ roster.

Executive director Stephen Venning comments, "2014 was a great year for Mill+ and we're determined to further build on that. Eoin has a striking animation style, which combined with his beautifully simplistic use of comedy makes him a hugely appealing addition to the team. He is a genuine talent and I can't wait to see what he does next.

These new hires are part of a wider plan to naturally grow the content origination, design and animation division. Our aim is to further demonstrate our award winning creative credentials in 2015 and beyond."
