Fresh off the heels of the release of his debut feature, Dan Cadan has been signed to the London-based production company The Graft. With his unique aesthetic and the company’s impressive roster of clients and projects, this is set to be a dynamite relationship with an exciting future.
After spending over a decade working alongside Guy Richie, Dan directed his first short film, The Devil’s Wedding, which made official selection at over 15 film festivals and won 5 awards, including Best International Short at Cleveland.
Over the years he’s directed a huge amount of content for some incredible names, including Mumford and Sons, Kasabian, Idris Elba, Will.i.am and – one of his repeat customers - Madonna. Their list of numerous collaborations include projects like I’m Going to Tell You a Secret and the commercial for her H&M line.
This wealth of experience goes hand in hand with his unique docustyle meets art-house aesthetic, which without fail turns heads and makes a visual splash.
Dan says: “For me, The Graft is the perfect fit. The production company has raised the bar and the work they create is so exciting. They are truly forward thinking - as are those they collaborate with. I can’t wait to discover where this next chapter of creativity will take me.”
So, with the release of Walk the Panther and his recent signing with the impressive production company, this is simply the beginning for this game-changing director.
