Award Winning Agency, The Escape Pod has had a very productive quarter, promoting from within, winning new business, kicking off production for a new campaign and partnering with Block 180.
The Chicago based agency promoted from within ranks, elevating Julie Knecht to group account director, Ryan Dickey to executive creative director and Jimmy Schmidt to creative director. “We wanted to recognise the skills, expertise and potential we see in each of these people. Their dynamics within the agency, being a team leader and their overall contributions to their roles made this an easy decision. A well-deserved promotion for Julie, Ryan and Jimmy“ said Norm Bilow, managing director of The Escape Pod.
On the heels of these promotions comes the win of Culinary Care, a non-profit that is on a mission to nourish cancer recoveries through restaurant prepared meals. Giving those on the road to recovering, food, hope, love and community.
The Escape Pod will be kicking off production of their campaign for this amazing organisation at the beginning of August.
Another big client for the agency is partnering with Golf Pride to tell the challenging journey to the US Women’s Open through their in-house production studio, Gravity Well Productions, worked with three female golfers as they attempted to qualify for this prestigious tournament.
Lastly, The Escape Pod has partnered up with Booklook 180, a women owned six-month advertising portfolio program whose curriculum is designed to give more people around the world the opportunity to become professional advertising creatives, hiring four summer interns from their program.
